Free relaxation session to increase energy and feel better

I invite you to a free 30-minute online qigong session this coming Saturday, 12.06 at 10:00. We will start the weekend without rush and fill ourselves with good energy for the rest of the week.

Qigong is a method of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that consists of exercises combined with meditation. Practiced for hundreds of years, it aims to increase vital energy, improve well-being and quality of life, and support holistic mental and physical health.

How to prepare for the session?

Comfortable, loose clothing is enough.

Light exercises will be performed standing, sitting, and lying down — on a mat or a firmer mattress.

A Zoom link will be sent to your email address before the session. You can also write about any ailments — there is a possibility to take them into account during the session.
