Qigong

In traditional Chinese medicine, Qigong is the art of practicing Jing (essence), Qi (energy) and Shen (spirit). The core of Qi Gong is the exercise of Yi (consciousness) and Qi (life energy). The main purpose of these exercises is to regulate the internal functions of the human body. Qi Gong does this by developing consciousness and breathing, by inducing the palpable signs of the inner Qi, by moving and amplifying the inner Qi. The inner Qi is the Qi that is in the human body. In this way, Qi Gong allows self-regulation and self-control of the most important organs.

Why does Qigong affect health? It opens the channels of energy flow in the body, improves mood and enhances the desire to live.
What is Mingjue Qigong
  • There are three main levels of overall practice in Zhineng Qigong. The whole of the third level is the practice of the state of the whole Mingjue.
  • Ming (明) means “pure”, jue (觉) means “consciousness” or “observer”. We can understand Mingjue as our inner master or our inner observer who reaches a state of self-awareness and a state of awakening of clear consciousness.
  • Mingjue is a level of pure consciousness that goes beyond all feelings, thoughts, ideas and emotions. It is a state of consciousness that reflects itself directly.
  • The purpose of Mingjue is to experience, maintain, improve, to know your true self and to harmonize and improve the field of consciousness of the world, in order to lead people consciously evolving to a higher level – a level of peace, happiness and freedom.
  • Through the practice of Mingjue, it is possible to achieve a harmonious and stable state of mind, balance the energy of the whole body and get rid of all kinds of diseases. We can also develop our potential infinitely and use it to work on our own lives, for other people, animals, plants and the inorganic world.
  • Through the practice of Mingjue, we can go beyond the control of old patterns of thinking, beyond conflict and fear in the mind. In this way, a beautiful state of openness, acceptance, happiness, freedom, peace and true love will appear by itself. This naturally brings harmony to the family and society.
  • The practice of Mingjue is a way to awaken our true self and realize Yiyuanti. The true self is the source of all life activity and the pure human essence. The true self can connect and transform with all levels of the hunyuan qi(混) of the universe. The Puristic level of Mingjue is Yiyuanti, or the state of enlightenment.
